I was referred to the office by another ophthalmologist and the experience was so-so from the beginning. Scheduling was a disappointment with the earliest appointment available out 6 weeks at the most inconvenient location. On my appointment day I was quizzed relentlessly regarding whether or not I was sick/had Covid/ had traveled out of state by counter staff who were all coughing. My interaction with the actual doctor took less than 15 minutes. I was scooted out the door with no questions regarding if I had transportation after my procedure. There was also no follow-up call about my condition. All in all I've had better customer service from a 5 minute oil change place for a fraction of the cost.

Reception was really friendly, then Benji took me back for exam and he was very friendly as well and put you at ease. He told me Dr would be in soon and they don't say shortly but soon, which was funny, but Dr. Dalzotto came in very shortly, at the most 5min, but I don't think even that. Dr.Dalzotto was super cute and super friendly and helped explain everything for me to understand easier. Overall a really positive experience here.

Dr. Sheikh did and excellent job tweaking and making adjustments to make that perfect balance. Highly recommend her especially if you are a new contact user. Go to a Specialist!! Do not waist your time going to a local optical and getting rushed to order contacts like I did. A specialist like Dr. Sheikh is going to make sure you walk out with a smile and is happy with your new contacts. YAY I can see without glasses 💜
